Tintoque is an innovated restaurant in Puerto Vallarta where you will see a very creative menu bringing Mexican traditional dishes and international fusion together. We had this red snapper which was the perfect example of their innovation. The restaurant paired this dish with a Malbec from Valentin Bianchi in San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina.
