2011 Miras Cabernet Franc (Magnificent!)
Last night’s pick from the La Toscana cellar, to pair with a seven hour slow roasted lamb shoulder, was the 2011 Miras Cabernet Franc (Magnificent!!!!), I cannot wait to meet Marcelo Miras tomorrow at Bodega Fin del Mundo.
